Today wasn't really bad. I mean the weather at first was kind of horrible but then the sun decided to show up. My tyep 1 diabetes wasn't making me feel bloody awful AND my depression seemed to stay at bay. So today was a day where not much has happened, but I am extremely thankful for it. For no bad/sad thoughts,for getting up and facing the world and it not be an issue.
